AI assistants (MCP)

What it is

anyCRM is an MCP server at https://mcp.anycrm.io. Connect it to Claude, Codex or another assistant and ask in plain words: “book Anna for a manicure on Friday at 12”, “how much did we make in October”, “which products are running out”, “make a waybill for order 1082”.

The assistant works with your rights: a staff member reaches only the sections the owner gave them, and every check and side effect is the app’s own (stock, income from done appointments, marketplaces, notifications). It costs nothing extra.

Claude Code

The plugin, with a skill that knows how to work with anyCRM:

Or the server alone, without the plugin:

claude mcp add --transport http anycrm https://mcp.anycrm.io

Then in Claude Code: /mcp → anycrm → Authenticate.

Claude (web and desktop)

1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Paste https://mcp.anycrm.io and save.
3. Press Connect and sign in to anyCRM.

Other assistants

Any MCP client with Streamable HTTP and OAuth will do: Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and others. The server address is https://mcp.anycrm.io; sign-in sets itself up.

Sign-in and access

1. The first time, the browser opens anyCRM: sign in and press Allow.
2. If you have several companies, tell the assistant which one to work with.

Connected assistants are listed in anyCRM → Profile → AI assistants, where you can also disconnect them.

What the assistant can do

• Clients, services, materials and the booking calendar.
• Products, stock, categories, orders and payment links.
• Menu, tables and reservations.
• Finances, sole-trader taxes, the income book and the declaration.
• Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, SMS, the software till, bank statements.
• Marketplaces and integrations, the web app, staff, notifications and the balance.

Good to know

• The assistant acts on your behalf: before deletions or bulk changes, check what it is about to do.
• Whatever you show an assistant is processed by its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI and so on) under their terms.
