Terms of Service
In force from 18 September 2026
This is the agreement between you and KVLK Studio about using anyCRM. By creating an account you accept it. We tried to write it so that it can be read in ten minutes and without a lawyer.
1. What anyCRM is
anyCRM is a cloud service for running a business: clients, bookings, orders, products, materials, finances and sole trader taxes. It is made of modules you switch on and off yourself. We give you access to a working system; we do not hand the software over to you as property.
2. The account
- An account can be created by a person over 18, or by someone authorised to represent a company.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Access to that mailbox is effectively the key to the account, so look after it.
- You are responsible for everything done by the staff you add to a company, and for the rights you give them.
- One account can run several companies; each company is billed separately.
3. Your data and your content
Everything you put into the system stays yours. We make no claim to it, do not use it for our own purposes and do not pass it to anyone beyond what the Privacy Policy describes. We process it only so the service works and so we can help when you ask us to.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you enter — in particular, for having the right to keep your customers' contacts and to send them messages.
4. What it costs
- Registration, the basic sections and access to the system are free.
- Only individual modules are paid. Each price is shown in the app, under Modules, and on the site's front page.
- The fee is taken once a month from the company's balance, for every module switched on at that moment.
- The balance is topped up by card. If you let the bank keep the card and turned automatic top-up on, the amount is taken from it automatically once the balance no longer covers a month. Automatic top-up can be switched off at any time in the settings.
- Prices may change. We will email you at least 30 days before any increase; until then the old price applies.
If the balance runs out
We switch nothing off automatically and never push the balance below zero. The month stays unpaid, the system tells you the balance is low and keeps working, and the charge is retried as soon as there is enough. If the balance stays empty for more than 60 days, we may switch the paid modules off — the data stays where it is and comes back once the balance does.
Refunds
An unused balance is refunded on request within 14 days — write to us through the contact form. A fee already taken for the current month is not refunded, because access to the modules for that month has already been given.
5. How the service may not be used
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the service.
- Entering other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Deliberately overloading the service, working around its limits, or probing it for weaknesses without our written consent.
- Using the service for anything the law forbids.
- Reselling access to the service as your own product without an arrangement with us.
For breaking these rules we may suspend an account after warning you, and for a serious or repeated breach we may end access.
6. Availability and support
We aim for the service to run around the clock, but we do not promise it will never stop: there are updates, hardware faults and circumstances outside our reach. We give notice of planned work that could get in the way.
Support is the contact form, on working days. We answer as soon as we can, usually the same day.
7. Third-party services
Integration modules work through other people's systems: banks, carriers, marketplaces, messaging operators. How they work, what they charge and what they allow is their own business. We are not answerable for their outages, delays or decisions, but we will help work out what happened if it looks like it might be ours.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are liable for damage caused by our fault, up to the amount you paid over the last 12 months of use. We are not liable for lost profit, or for data lost through your actions or those of your staff.
This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
9. Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time — delete the account or simply stop using it; you do not need to tell us. We may stop providing the service with 30 days' notice, refunding the unused balance. Before data is deleted you can export what you need: clients, orders, the income ledger.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A new version is published here, the date above is updated, and we email you about any substantial change at least 14 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We try to settle disputes by writing to each other first — it is faster for everyone. Failing that, a dispute is heard by a court under Ukrainian law.
Questions about these terms — the contact form.
