App Store · Google Play (closed testing)

What it is

The app is the same anyCRM you use in the browser: the same companies, clients, bookings, orders, modules and balance. Whatever you change on your phone shows up on your computer right away, and the other way round. The app itself costs nothing extra.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open anyCRM on the App Store or search for “anyCRM”.
2. Tap Get.
3. Open the app and sign in with the same email you use on the site. No new account is needed.

Requires iOS 15 or later.

Android

The Android version is in closed testing on Google Play. To get access:

1. On the home page, in the “Your office, wherever you are” block, press Google Play.
2. Enter your name and Gmail address — the Google account that is on your phone.
3. In the email that arrives, join the testers group, then tap “Become a tester”.
4. Install anyCRM from Google Play and sign in with your email.

Google may take up to an hour to open access. If Google Play says the app is unavailable, try again a little later.

Push notifications

The app tells you about new bookings, online bookings by clients, new and paid orders, table reservations, a low balance and other events — even when it is closed.

1. Open Profile → Notifications.
2. Switch on Push notifications and allow them when the phone asks.
3. Tick the events you want to hear about. Settings are separate for each company.

If you see “Notifications are not allowed in the phone settings”, turn them on for anyCRM in the system settings.

Topping up the balance

In the app, the balance is topped up with an App Store or Google Play purchase: Settings → anyCRM balance. Amounts are 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 UAH, credited right after the purchase. On the site, top-ups work as before.

Good to know

• The app language follows the phone’s settings; you can change it in your profile.
• You need an internet connection — your data lives in the cloud, not on the phone.
• You can sign out in your profile; your data stays where it is.
