What it does

Ukrposhta shipments: creating a waybill, cash on delivery and tracking.

What you need

• A contract with Ukrposhta and business dashboard access.

Where to get the keys

1. In the Ukrposhta dashboard, take the Bearer token (production).
2. Copy the counterparty token there as well.
3. Create the sender client and keep its UUID.

Connecting in anyCRM

1. Open Modules in anyCRM, find “Ukrposhta” and press Enable.
2. Go to the module’s page in the side panel and press Connect.
3. Fill in the fields and press Save:
   • Title — how the account is labelled in anyCRM (optional)
   • Bearer token
   • Counterparty token
4. The account appears in the list with a green tick. An error, if any, shows in red under its name.

After connecting

• Press ⚙ next to the account and paste the sender UUID — no waybill is created without it.
