What it does

Vchasno.Kasa software till: fiscal receipts, shifts and the Z-report straight from anyCRM.

What you need

• A till in Vchasno.Kasa.

Where to get the keys

1. Sign in to Vchasno.Kasa.
2. Open Tills → your till → Token and copy it.
3. Find the tax group in the till settings (1 by default).

Connecting in anyCRM

1. Open Modules in anyCRM, find “Vchasno.Kasa” and press Enable.
2. Go to the module’s page in the side panel and press Connect.
3. Fill in the fields and press Save:
   • Title — how the account is labelled in anyCRM (optional)
   • Token
   • Tax group (optional)
   • Cashier (optional)
4. The account appears in the list with a green tick. An error, if any, shows in red under its name.

After connecting

• Press ⚙ next to the account: it shows the shift state and the Open shift and Close shift (Z-report) buttons.
• Switch on “Fiscalise paid orders automatically” and a receipt is created as soon as an order is paid. Otherwise, create receipts by hand from the order.

Good to know

• Set the cashier only if the till has several.
