What it does

Requests from contact forms on a WordPress site land in anyCRM at once: as a new order for venues and shops, as a client with the message in notes for services. Whoever is responsible gets notified.

What you need

• A WordPress site and admin access.
• Any of: Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable — or the plugin’s own [anycrm_form] shortcode.

Where to get the keys

1. On the module page in anyCRM, press Download the plugin (or download it here).
2. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → pick the archive and activate it.
3. In anyCRM, press Plugin key and copy the key.
4. In WordPress, open anyCRM Forms and paste the key. It works for 24 hours.

Connecting in anyCRM

1. Open Modules in anyCRM, find “Website forms” and press Enable.
2. Go to the module’s page in the side panel and press Connect.
3. The account appears in the list with a green tick. An error, if any, shows in red under its name.

After connecting

• Send a test request from any form: it shows up in anyCRM within seconds.
• In anyCRM Forms you can switch off single form sources and see a log of what was sent.

Good to know

• The plugin finds the name, phone, email and message itself; other fields go into notes with their labels.
• If anyCRM is briefly unreachable, the request is not lost: the plugin retries for about a day. The same request never lands twice.
• A request arrives even when the site fails to send its email about it.
