What it does

Checkbox software till: fiscal receipts, opening and closing shifts and the Z-report straight from anyCRM, with no separate till.

What you need

• A Checkbox software till registered with the tax service.
• A cashier with a login and password, or a PIN.

Where to get the keys

1. Sign in to Checkbox.
2. Under Tills, copy the till’s licence key.
3. Under Cashiers, take the cashier’s login and password — or just their PIN.

Connecting in anyCRM

1. Open Modules in anyCRM, find “Checkbox (software till)” and press Enable.
2. Go to the module’s page in the side panel and press Connect.
3. Fill in the fields and press Save:
   • Title — how the account is labelled in anyCRM (optional)
   • Login (optional)
   • Password (optional)
   • Licence key
   • Cashier PIN (optional)
4. The account appears in the list with a green tick. An error, if any, shows in red under its name.

After connecting

• Press ⚙ next to the account: it shows the shift state and the Open shift and Close shift (Z-report) buttons.
• Switch on “Fiscalise paid orders automatically” and a receipt is created as soon as an order is paid. Otherwise, create receipts by hand from the order.

Good to know

• Either a login with password or a PIN is enough.
