CRM for Prom.ua

anyCRM connects to Prom.ua through the official API: orders show up in the CRM by themselves, and prices and stock from anyCRM go to Prom. If you also sell on Rozetka or your own site, every channel shares one catalogue and stock.

What anyCRM does

• Orders from Prom.ua. New orders land in the shared list with the buyer, and the customer is created from their phone number.
• Prices and stock on Prom. Sell elsewhere and the Prom.ua stock updates. Price rule: as in anyCRM, with a markup, or Prom leads; plus rounding, currency and safety stock.
• Sync log. See exactly what changed and when, and the ⟳ button runs a sync right away.
• Waybills and delivery status. A Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta waybill straight from the Prom order, and the order closes once the parcel is collected. More about Nova Poshta.
• Other marketplaces. Rozetka, Epicentr, Kasta and OLX connect the same way and share one catalogue.
• Receipts and payment. A Checkbox receipt is created as soon as an order is paid. More about Checkbox.

Modules and prices

A Prom.ua shop (Products, Orders, Prom.ua): 420 UAH/mo. All paid modules are free for the first 14 days after sign-up. Prices are per month, charged as 1/30 for each day a module is on. A module that is off costs nothing.

Getting started

1. Sign up at app.anycrm.io and pick the Shop type.
2. In your Prom.ua dashboard, open Settings → API tokens and create a token with access to products and orders.
3. In anyCRM, open Modules → Prom.ua, paste the token and press ⚙ to pick the price and stock rules.

How does anyCRM connect to Prom.ua?

Through the Prom API: you create an API token in the seller dashboard and paste it into anyCRM. No coding needed.

Can Prom.ua keep control of prices?

Yes. In the module settings pick “the channel leads” and anyCRM won’t change prices on Prom.

I also have Rozetka and a site. Will stock drift?

No. They share one catalogue and stock, so a sale in one channel lowers the stock in all of them.

How much does it cost?

The Prom.ua module is 120 UAH a month, Products 120, Orders 180. Nova Poshta is free. Paid modules are free for the first 14 days.
