Guests order coffee or pastries ahead by link, QR code or Telegram bot and pick them up without queueing. The order is on the barista’s screen at once, payment and receipt need no separate till. It runs in the browser and on a tablet.
What anyCRM does
- Pickup pre-orders. Guests build the order in the online menu, pay and come when it’s ready.
- A QR-code menu. Drinks, pastries, portion sizes and availability. Out of croissants? Mark it and nobody orders them.
- Telegram bot. An Order button opens the menu, and guests get the confirmation and status in Telegram. How to connect.
- Payment and receipts. monobank, LiqPay or WayForPay online, and a Checkbox receipt by itself after payment. More about Checkbox.
- Poster. If your till runs Poster, the menu comes from there and online orders reach the till. How to connect.
- Regulars and reviews. Each guest’s order history, and a rating after the order: 4–5 stars lead to Google, complaints come only to you.

A coffee shop with pre-orders (Menu, Orders, Web app): 420 UAH/mo. All paid modules are free for the first 14 days after sign-up. Prices are per month, charged as 1/30 for each day a module is on. A module that is off costs nothing.
Getting started
- Sign up at app.anycrm.io and pick the Restaurant type.
- Add the menu by hand or pull it from Poster.
- Switch on the Web app and print the QR code for the counter and cups.
- Connect online payment and the Telegram bot so guests can order ahead.
