CRM with Nova Poshta: waybills and parcel tracking

The order already holds the buyer, the address and the sum, so the waybill takes a minute, with nothing copied into the carrier’s dashboard. Then anyCRM tracks the parcel and closes the order once it’s collected. The Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta modules are free.

What anyCRM does

• Waybills from the order. The Create waybill button: city, branch, postomat or address, weight, declared value and who pays for delivery.
• Cash on delivery. The order sum fills in by itself, and you see the payment on the order.
• Tracking without checking by hand. anyCRM updates the parcel status. Once it’s collected, the order is closed, the income is booked and you get an “Order delivered” notification.
• Status on the marketplace too. For orders from Prom.ua, Rozetka and other channels the delivery status goes back to the channel.
• Ukrposhta the same way. Ukrposhta waybills are made from the same order. How to connect.
• Orders from every channel. Your site, Prom.ua, Rozetka, Epicentr, Kasta, WooCommerce in one list, and a waybill for each with one button.

Modules and prices

A shop with delivery (Products, Orders; Nova Poshta is free): 300 UAH/mo. All paid modules are free for the first 14 days after sign-up. Prices are per month, charged as 1/30 for each day a module is on. A module that is off costs nothing.

Getting started

1. Sign up at app.anycrm.io and pick the Shop type.
2. In your Nova Poshta dashboard, open Settings → Security and create an API key.
3. In anyCRM, open Modules → Nova Poshta, paste the key and press ⚙ to pick the sender city and branch.
4. On an order, press Create waybill. A step-by-step guide is in the help.

Questions

How much is the Nova Poshta module?

Nothing. The Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta modules are free, and you pay the carrier for delivery at their rates.

What do I need from the buyer?

First name, last name and phone. Nova Poshta won’t accept a parcel without them.

Do I have to check parcels by hand?

No. anyCRM updates the statuses itself and closes the order once the parcel is collected.

Who is it for?

Shops: delivery is created from orders. The module is not available for food service or service businesses.
