CRM for online and high-street shops

Orders from your site and the marketplaces in one list, the same stock everywhere, waybills without copying addresses. anyCRM runs in the browser and on a phone, and you pay only for the modules you switch on.

What anyCRM does

• Products. A catalogue with YML import and size and colour variants, one for your site and every marketplace.
• The same stock everywhere. Sell in one place and the stock updates in the others. You choose where stock comes from, the price rule (as in anyCRM or with a markup), rounding and safety stock.
• Orders. Your site and the marketplaces in one list: processing, packing, shipping. The customer is created from their phone number.
• Marketplaces and sites. Prom.ua, Rozetka, Epicentr, Kasta, OLX, Horoshop, WooCommerce, OpenCart and an API for your own site. Shopify is coming soon.
• Delivery. Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta waybills straight from an order: to a branch, a postomat or the door, with or without cash on delivery. The delivery modules are free.
• Payment and receipts. A monobank, LiqPay or WayForPay payment link, and the paid status by itself. A Checkbox receipt is created as soon as an order is paid. More about Checkbox.
• A catalogue by link and a Telegram bot. Buyers order without a website and get the confirmation and status in Telegram.
• Reviews. After an order buyers rate the shop: 4–5 stars lead to Google, complaints come only to you.

Modules and prices

A Prom.ua shop (Products, Orders, Prom.ua): 420 UAH/mo. All paid modules are free for the first 14 days after sign-up. Prices are per month, charged as 1/30 for each day a module is on. A module that is off costs nothing.

Getting started

1. Sign up at app.anycrm.io and pick the Shop type.
2. Load products from a YML file or connect a marketplace and the catalogue comes from there.
3. Add your Nova Poshta API key and pick the sender branch.
4. Take orders from every channel in one list.

Questions

Can I connect several marketplaces?

Yes. Each marketplace is its own module, and they share one catalogue and stock.

My site isn’t on Horoshop, WooCommerce or OpenCart. What then?

Switch on the API for your site module: the site sends products, orders and customers to anyCRM with plain HTTP requests.

Does Nova Poshta cost extra?

No, the Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta modules are free. All you need is an API key from the carrier’s dashboard.

How much does it cost?

Clients and delivery are free; the other modules are 60 to 180 UAH a month each. Paid modules are free for the first 14 days.
